Building the GTM for AI that can actually do things.
Every AI team is asking the same question right now: how do we connect our agents to the tools they need? Zapier has spent 15 years building the answer — 9,000+ integrations, trusted by millions of teams. My job is to make sure the market understands what that means in the age of AI agents.
Chapter 01
MCP — The Action Layer for AI
Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI models connect to external tools and data sources. Zapier's MCP implementation means any AI — Claude, GPT, Gemini, or a custom enterprise model — can access 9,000+ app integrations through a single connection. Your AI doesn't just answer questions. It takes action.
I led the GA launch in April 2026 — owning enterprise positioning, sales enablement, onboarding copy, dotcom updates, and the core narrative. The framing we landed on: Zapier isn't just automation anymore. It's AI infrastructure.
Chapter 02
SDK — How Developers Build on the Network
The Zapier SDK is how developers build and publish integrations on Zapier's platform. Skip the boilerplate. Get to production faster. Connect your product to millions of Zapier users without rebuilding your integration stack from scratch.
I led positioning and launch strategy for the SDK in early April 2026 — my first major launch at Zapier. The challenge: translating a deeply technical product into a message that lands with engineers and the business stakeholders who greenlight platform bets.
MCP and SDK are two sides of the same bet. Zapier as the connective tissue of the agentic web. I'm building the playbook for both.
And for what comes next. Stay tuned.
